    • Ran 50+ discovery sessions and drove company-wide adoption of AI-native workflows (Claude Code, MCP, agent swarms) to compress build cycles.
    • 30+ enterprise AI engagements shipped for enterprise and government clients. Company-reported revenue attributed to the 6-product portfolio passed HK$10M over 12 months — self-reported, not independently audited, and portfolio-wide rather than any one product.
